M&M 3rd ed. Adding Trackers for In-Play Tab

I'm trying to find how to add trackers in the In-Play Tab. I have some custom content for a campaign I'm trying to add but trackers don't seem to work in MnM3e like they do in Pathfinder. Any ideas?

A tracker for the Unreliable - 5 uses and Fades flaws would be fantastic.
