Dark Elves Special Characters Shadowblade and Tullaris

Hi, does anyone have a file for improting Shadowblade and Tullaris for ABv3, I had hoped they might have been included with the last update after forwarding the pdf's from the GW site, but they weren't, shame.

Also looking for the updated Eltharion rules.

Any assistance would be gratefully recieved, or if someone can provide me with step-by-step instructions on how to create the characters use the editor, even better. many thanks.
