I'm trying to activate my license and it gives me the "success" message but when I restart it has not been licensed yet and reverts to the Demo version. Whats going on? I turned off all security protocols on my computer that would interfere but as far as the network is concerned I cannot do anything about that because I'm on my schools network. What can I do to get the program unlocked?

Cheers,

Geoff

Are you installing Army Builder in the Program Files folder? If so, you'll need to run it with administrator privileges to work. Try right-clicking and choosing "Run as Administrator" and see if you can activate the license like that.

If Colen's suggestion doesn't work, try re-installing the product. This time, run the INSTALLER with Administrator privileges, using the same method Colen outlined. Once you install AB with Adminsitrator privileges, then try launching it as Administrator, too.

If running as Adminsitrator solves the problem, you can configure AB to always launch with Adminsitrator privileges. Right-click on the shortcut used to launch AB and select Properties from the menu. On the Compatibility tab, check the "Run as Administrator" box, then save the change.
