Server status/maintenance

We're planning a release of Hero Lab Online Wednesday morning (12/12) at 10 AM Pacific time. We expect downtime to last up to 1 hour.

We need to do a quick hotfix to fix an issue with Cantrips in both PF2 and SF. This is a client only change, so if all goes well, there will be no downtime, and no service interruption. It's possible something could go wrong though, in which case there might be a brief period of downtime. We're going to be deploying it around 11am Pacific time.

We're planning to take Hero Lab Online, Realm Works, and our account/sales server down on Monday morning (December 17, 2018) at 10 AM Pacific time to perform some maintenance and roll out some updates for Hero Lab Online. During the maintenance, access to both Hero Lab Online and Realm Works will be unavailable. We expect downtime to last no more than 1 hour.

We discovered an urgent issue with the RW server that we need to fix ASAP. We are taking the RW server down for this deployment. It should be back up quickly.

We're planning to take our account login/sales server down for maintenance Wednesday morning (01/02) at 10am Pacific time, for up to 15 minutes. During the maintenance, new logins to both Hero Lab Online and Realm Works will be unavailable.

We're planning on a Realm Works server release at 4 PM Pacific today Monday January 7 for approximately 30 minutes. During the maintenance, access to Realm Works will be unavailable.

We are doing a preparatory phase for migrating to new servers next week. This necessitates taking all of our servers down for approximately an hour and a half. This will be occurring at 10 AM Pacific time on Tuesday January 8. During this time, access to our account login/sales server, Hero Lab Online server, Realm Works server, customer support server, and Hero Lab Classic sales and licensing server will be unavailable.

We are planning on rolling out one of our regular HLO application updates tomorrow morning, Wednesday January 16th at 10am Pacific time. We're expecting about 30 minutes of downtime.

UPDATE: Unfortunately we need to delay this planned update, sorry about the late notice. We'll post again for our revised time window when we know it.
