We're planning to take Hero Lab Online, Realm Works, and our account login/sales server down Wednesday morning (10/17) at 10am Pacific time, in order to roll out an update to Hero Lab Online and also perform some maintenance. During the maintenance, access to both Hero Lab Online and Realm Works will be unavailable. We expect downtime to last up to 30 minutes.

We're planning a combined release of Hero Lab Online and our account login/sales server Wednesday morning (10/24) at 10am Pacific time. We expect downtime to last up to 1 hour.

We'll be restarting the account server at 12:55 pm Pacific today, so logins to Hero Lab Online and Realm Works will be unavailable for about a minute. If you're already logged in your service will be unaffected.

We're planning a minor release for Hero Lab Online this morning (11/19) at 10 AM Pacific time. Downtime should be minimal. If there's any, it should be no longer than about 10 minutes or so.

Sorry for the short notice everyone, we need to take the HLO server down very briefly for a quick tweak of something under the hood. There's no update involved here, and we'll update when things are back up.
