On Friday (Jan. 8) at 3:40 PM Pacific time (11:40 PM UTC), we will be rolling out a hotfix for Hero Lab Online. We expect up to about 10 minutes of downtime, though it may be less.

On Friday (Jan. 8th) we will be taking our account/sales server down briefly at 7:30 PM Pacific time (3:30 AM UTC Jan. 9). New logins for Hero Lab Online and Realm Works will be unavailable for a minute or two during this time.

On Wed. (Jan. 13th) we will be taking Hero Lab Online down for maintenance at 10:00 AM Pacific time (6 PM UTC). Expected duration of downtime is 30 minutes, though it may be less.

UPDATE: We are investigating an issue and will be down a bit longer than expected. Sorry for the inconvenience.

On Thurs. (Jan. 14th) we will be taking Hero Lab Online, Realm Works, and our account/sales server down for maintenance at 10:00 AM Pacific time (6 PM UTC). Expected duration of downtime is 20 minutes. Our store/account management website will be unavailable for a little while after the initial 20 minutes.

UPDATE: We are investigating an issue and will be down a few extra minutes but we hope to be back up in a few minutes.

UPDATE: Sorry for the delay, Hero Lab Online and Realm Works are now back up.

UPDATE: Our account/sales server is now also back up.
