On Friday morning (March 6th) at 9 AM Pacific time, we plan to take Hero Lab Online down for a short deployment for about 5 minutes. We expect to be back up by about 9:05 am.

On Wednesday morning (March 18th) at 10 AM Pacific time, we plan to take Hero Lab Online down for maintenance. We expect up to about 30 minutes of downtime, though it may be less.

On Thursday morning (March 19th) at 10 AM Pacific time, we plan to take Hero Lab Online down for a short deployment for about 5 minutes. We expect to be back up by about 10:05 am.

On Thursday morning (March 26th) at 10 AM Pacific time, we plan to take Hero Lab Online, Realm Works, and our account/sales servers down for maintenance. We expect up to about 30 minutes of downtime, though it may be less.

UPDATE: This maintenance has been delayed until a little later today. We will post here again when an exact time has been determined.

UPDATE: This maintenance will proceed at 11:20 AM. We expect to be back up by about 11:50 AM.

Our apologies for disrupting Saturday gaming but we plan to briefly take down Hero Lab Online for a hotfix deployment for about 2-3 minutes at 3:47 pm pacific today. We need to fix a fundamental issue with adding cast members to the stage. We expect to be back up by about 3:50 pm pacific.

UPDATE: This has been completed. Again, sorry for the disruption.
