WoD - Printing Character

I have the Game Package for WoD. I've made 5 characters. 2 of those were Vampires. When I go to print the character sheets only the characters who are Vampires will print. The rest only give me a blank page. Any suggestions or ideas about settings or something which would allow me to print the non-vampire character.
