Source for Oath & Punishment contract

Hi,
My group has just started a Changeling the lost campaign and I used the Hero Lab World of Darkness data files to create my character.
The problem I am having is that one of the contracts I chose was the Oath & Punishment contract.
However, when looking for info on the Pursuer's Seven-League Leap, we discovered that the Oath & Punishment contract does not appear to be in the main book.
Can someone please point me to the correct source for this contract?
