I see that the program states it as being automatically given at 5th level, but I don't see more than the standards (Warhorse, warpony, etc.)

How would I go about adding the chosen mount for a character to the program? I've been learning the programming, but I'm not sure where I should be looking for this.

The easiest way is open the Editor, select the Race tab and "New (Copy)". Choose the creature you want as a Paladin Mount, give it a Unique ID and maybe change the name. You can check a box "Paladin Mount" under 'Companion Details' (right hand column). Save your user file, test now.

Current RPG's: Pathfinder (GM), Pathfinder (Player), Gamma World (GM, Pathfinder homebrew).
HeroLab: 3.5 & Pathfinder. HL User Files for PF: Greyhawk Setting, Gamma World (WIP).
