Changes and Improvements

• SF - Adds a new Spell Adjustments table to the Play tab Effects block
• SF - Adds a new Spell Adjustments section to the Adventuring tab

Game Mechanics

• SF - Fusions can now be added to solarian weapon crystals.
• SF - Adjustments to apply the effects of many spells have been added.
• SF - Adjustments to apply the effects of the Envoy class' abilities have been added (adjustments for other classes' abilities will be added in future updates).
