Should there be a separate section for Starfinder like there is for the other licenses? Perhaps within the HLO section, perhaps?

Last I heard there is no current plan to release Starfinder in HLC. I believe they hope to release more information about using HLO in an offline mode sometime during GenCon this year (August).
 
That's not a bad idea! I will add it to my list of tasks and hopefully get a new forum set up later this week.
