Hmm.. I didn't do anything with looking at the NPCs when making the file. However I don't normally create NPCs or beasties in the editor anyway, they are usually best made with the Editor instead and setting up special abilities as Racial Abilities or Traits. That way it's a lot more free-form than the specific setting rules of for creating PCs.
EDIT: I would add that for some examples of NPCs in a data file you might want to look at Deadlands Noir. That's probably the most complete data file I've made, but so few people ever seem to ask for the NPCs in a setting that I've always kind of assumed not too many folks used HeroLab for DM duties in Savage Worlds games. It's a LOT of extra work getting all of those extras into a file and if so few folks would ever use it it's just not something I bothered with again, is all. Lenny Zimmermann Metairie, LA, USA Data files authored (please let me know if you see any issues with any of these if you have/use them): Official (In the downloader) 50 Fathoms, Deadlands: Hell On Earth, Deadlands: Noir, East Texas University, Necessary Evil (requires Super Powers Companion), Pirates of the Spanish Main, Space 1889 (original file by Erich), Tour of Darkness, Weird War II, Weird Wars: Rome Coming Eventually Evernight (LWD has completed their review but I have some fixes to make first... although Pinnacle mentioned this might get an overhaul to SWADE so I may just wait for that first. If you just HAVE to have this now, though, just PM me) Last edited by zarlor; July 18th, 2016 at 03:02 PM. |
