I've been lurking around for some time trying to find answers as to when Pathfinder (not 2) will be coming to HeroLab Online. Haven't seen anything indicating any kind of timeframe.
I know there were business reasons for going wtih PF2 instead of PF1 initially, but I'm wondering if any kind of polling of us customers was done to factor into that. Many people have invested hundreds and hundreds of dollars into PF1 and have no intention of abandoning that investment. A good amount of that investment has been into PF1 on HeroLab. I was over the top excited to hear about HLO, and have been extremely disappointed to hear that the folks who have likely been the biggest financial investors in HeroLab are the ones being put at the back of the line for the new product. So with that said (and at the understood risk of making a fool of myself here) I'd like to propose a poll. For those who have invested money on HeroLab, please select in the poll which game system you would like to see the most activity on for HeroLab Online. For those who haven't spent money on HeroLab, please comment on which Game System would most likely get you to invest in HeroLab Online. Christ is King! It's been stated multiple times that PF1 is planned for HLO, but it is a future endeavor.
Here is 1 such example: http://forums.wolflair.com/showthrea...hfinder&page=5 If you search the word Pathfinder you will find several more threads. The only "hobby" GW is interested in is lining their pockets with your money. |

A fee to transfer what you already purchased? If the fee is not extremely small I expect many to stick with CHL.

They originally said it would be about $20 and include 6 months of server access. Not sure if this is correct anymore but 6 months of access will cost about $15 so net $5. They haven't started charging for access yet either.

The $20 transfer fee is separate from the cost to buy HLO in the first place, and it is buying HLO which provides 6 months access, not the transfer fee.

When they have capacity to do so. They would have been daft to not do pf2.

PF1 would have been much, much harder to start with than PF2. Starting with just a core book means they can get something out much faster than the pre-planning needed for all of PF1's content, which means better responsiveness from their dev team and a generally stronger showing as they move past only a single game system.
