Divine Font Bonus Spells

So, I've searched the forums and can't find an answer.

I have a cleric with the divine font class feature, who heals. He should get 3 bonus spell slots per day (1 + his CHA bonus). Those can only be used to prepare heal spells.

How do I account for this in HLO? I mean, I just prepared it 3 times as 2nd level spells (since that's the highest slot he can cast) and, of course, HLO shows me as having prepared too many spells. It doesn't allow me to actually have them as bonus spells.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Under Special Abilities it should show Divine Font and has a number of uses to track the number of times you can cast that heal.
