Level based bonus ability

Need some eval script help, please.

I am creating a class that adds the class level to all trained Craft and Profession skills. How would I code that as a eval script?

I should say that I got it to add the bonus per level, but I can't figure out how to qualify it as a bonus gotten only for TRAINED skills.
