I'm running Ruins of Azlant, and the whole reason I bought the "Blood of the Sea" data package was to have access to aquatic elves since one of my players is playing one. And yet, after purchasing the package and making sure the box is checked under "Configure Hero," there is no aquatic elf listed anywhere in the available races. Did I spend my money for nothing here, or am I just missing something?
