The tweak attribute zutp seems to be controlled by the local types of
the unit - not those assigned by options (or deleted by options). Is there any workaround other than creating a dozen items, each with a slightly different set of type requirements, and a slightly different set of tweaks? The problem is that Items (and therefore Tweaks) are processed before options. That's why the option types make no difference...
