I need to make a few new class archetypes and feats but in the tools editor I am doing something wrong because it is not working right.

Feats:

Magic infusion-Infuse one weapon with any magic spell that deals damage (Non ind effecting) to any weapon you are proficient in for 1d4 rounds. DC is 15 plus level of spell. SpellCraft Check.
Requirements: The ability to cast level 5 spells.

For example: Infusing Magic Missile to a sword also deals the damage of the sword and the damage for magic missile.


Greater Hold: Choose One Two handed weapon that you are proficient with and it is know treated as a one handed weapon.
Requirement: Base Attack +8, STR 18.


Archetypes: This is what I had the most trouble with.


Berserker
Base Class: Fighter.

Loses: Bravery and Heavy Armor proficiency

Whenever a fighter would gain a Bravery point, the Berserker gains a rage power.


Raging Fist
Base Class: Monk

Loses: Ki Pool and 4 bonus feats.
Gains Rage powers every 3 levels.
Cannot be lawful.


Gray Order:
Base Class: Paladin
Must be Chaotic Good
Flavor Text: In some extreme situations A paladin order calls for the aid of some of their chaotic allies. The Gray order are not above using the attics their enemies use on the oppressed and weak.
Loses: Aura of Resolve, Aura of Faith, Holy Champion, Heavy Armor, Smite Evil, Detect Evil, May not Bon with an Animal Only Weapon.

Gains:
Detect Alignment: Good/Neutral/Evil Axis only.

Harm the Wicked- A touch attack that deals 1d4+WIS mod per 4 levels to anything evil. Save fort to negate. At Level 20, fort only negates half damage.

Marcy: Gray order Gains 3 Marcy and two Curses. Curses can only be applied to Evil.

Sneak attack at 4,8, and 12th level


Black Guard
base class : Anti Paladin
Alignment : lawful Evil.

Flavor text:Law of above all else is important. People are sheep and should be treated as such.

Loses: Touch of corruption, Aura of depravity, Aura of sin, Unholy ,loses two curses
Gains: Champion of Tyranny, 2 Mercy powers.

Gain a Mercy power at level 9 and 15.

Champion of Tyranny-Smite good has a mind altering effect that they must roll a will save against you or be mind controlled until you release them, either one of you are killed, or make another successful will save., (They are limited to one will save a day)


How do I input this so it works the way it should?

Well you say "You're doing it wrong" but you don't say how you are doing it. What are your scripts, timings, etc?
