Ancient Lorekeeper Archetype?

I'm trying to add the ancient lorekeeper archetype to my NPC lvl 10 Oracle Elf, but I can't seem to figure out how to access it. I can't even figure out whether or not I have the Divine Favor: the Oracle book license. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

That archetype is from The Advanced Race Guide. You turn on archetypes on the class tab right under where you add class levels.
