Assigning a sorceror bloodline

I've got a GM that just gave one of our characters what is essentially a boosted up eldritch heritage, I've got it working how I want mostly but I would like to either restrict the configurable bloodlines or preferably assign the configurable ahead of time.

I don't 100% need the configurable, but I'm not sure how to otherwise assign the bloodline and enable the abilities. Any thoughts?

As a tertiary thing, I'd also like to assign the spells to spell like abilities via a script but I don't think that's doable without bootstrapping every possible spell and then disabling all but the appropriate ones.

Figured out how to restrict the bloodline to just the 1 but would still like thoughts on the rest.
