Hi there,

Can you give me more information about the problem? When are you getting the certificate error, and what exactly does the error message say? Are you running Hero Lab on Windows, or another OS?

I'm getting an error myself using Army Builder under Linux using wine:
"The latest updates for Army Builder could not be retrieved. Please verify that your internet connection is active and try fetching updates again. If the problem persists click here to visit our web site and check for a solution:
-Link to tech support site"
Seems fine under Windows, though.

We're looking into this and we hope to have it resolved soon, but we're rushing to get Hero Lab for iPad ready for PaizoCon in a couple of weeks, and we likely won't have time to get to it until sometime after 4th of July weekend.

Once we're over our current crunch mode, we should hopefully be able to tackle this and get Linux users back up and running. Thank you for your patience.

Hi, it looks like I don't have an issue with the certificates anymore, instead I just can't access the update server from linux.

Thanks for the heads up! We've contacted our SSL certificate vendor's technical support to try and figure out why this is happening, so hopefully we'll be able to get this resolved properly soon. However, we're off at gen con for the next week, so it likely won't be addressed until after the team returns.

In the mean time, you can get updates off of our website here.
