I use a laptop and software to help me run my D20 DND games(CAG - Computer Assisted Gaming). I wanted to use hero Lab to run a game but could not because I could only view one character at a time. There has to be a way to view multiple characters at a time and arrange them by a campaign name. There would also have to be a way to keep general campaign notes. Adding Monsters would be good too but I use a free SRD program to find Monster Stats. These things would, in my opinion, make HL more usable to the DM/GM. I own HL but still use another program to run DND. I use HL for making WOD chars.

Thanks for reading. Keep gaming and Keep it fun.

Loading multiple characters at a time will be included very soon now. The campaign functionality is something that we have planned for our free campaign update, which is currently under development.

Until that's released, you can simply open multiple copies of Hero Lab - one for each character you want to view. I know Rob runs a game of D&D using HL, and he just keeps 4-5 copies running with all the PCs showing.
