We'll need to do a detailed inspection of the character then. If you haven't done so yet, please provide us with the id of your character. When the character is loaded, the id will be found within the URL shown in your browser. For example, consider the following URL:

Within this URL, the character id is "002G9dAA".

Alternately, you can just give us the full URL and we can extract the id out of it.

I wasn't aware of it, which means it's probably not on anyone's radar. If only Catalyst would let us know about these things... <sigh>

There is no updated errata yet. They updated the core rule book pdf. Someone did do a pdf comparison and this is a link to the thread with the change log:
