So, I'm trying to help out with someone wanting a custom Extra for Shrinking in 3E. They've got a post in that forum with no answers as of yet. Looking through the code for Density, it looks like I would be adding a user tag with the Power Extra and checking for it in the Power. The catch is, I get an error indicating that I'm trying to use a user tag which is not defined. Is there a good way to add such a tag to the system? I've tried adding it under Tags and I've tried adding the tag directly into the .user file, but it still doesn't work.

{glances at his topic, which got moved out of the main Hero Lab one} Somehow, I don't think they understood "no one is answering our questions here"...

Mutants and Masterminds is not my area of expertise, Duggan, but let me take a look.

I won't have access to the files to play round with them until tomorrow at the earliest though.

Ah, thank you, Aaron. I know Colen's been swamped with the whole Mac release.

Ok, a little more research shows that the Pathfinder editor allows adding of new user tags via a "- New Tag -" entry in the "User Tags" selector screen. This entry is not present in the M&M3 selector screen. It shows a list of tags, but no way to enter a new custom user tag, unlike Pathfinder. The M&M 2d edition tag selector also has a new tag selector. It looks like this may have been inadvertently left out of the M&M3 editor implementation?
