Rations should be 1 lb. it seems that the 2 lbs may be a typo as other parts of the PH suggest 1 lb and so does the DMG.

At least according to the 2018 PHB and D&D Beyond, they're 2 lbs. Either way, that's an SRD item so LWD would need to make the correction if it's wrong.

It's been nearly a year since the last patch. But I'm happy to say that we're not going to go a full year without one. That's right. Coming very soon is:
Update 3.8 - Heists and Hoopaks MAJOR ADDITIONS
Outstanding Content
What about Bigby's? That's targeted for the next patch, of course. I'm aiming to get the subclass done first (someone told me they need it soon, and it doesn't look too bad). I'll post the files for that as soon as they're ready. I definitely won't have Bigby's done before Phandelver releases (it's already out on D&D Beyond anyway), so those two books will be the main drive of the next patch. One D&D In case you missed my novella a while ago, the unfortunate news is that I'm not going to be adding One D&D to the community pack. It's just too much. Its release will basically be the stopping point of my work. Of course, I invite anyone who's up to the challenge to try to do it themself! I'll still be around to lend any advice I can. Good news, bad news. Bad news is that the update is going to take a little while longer to get out. Good news is that with the little extra time, I'm going to squeeze the Dragonlance Sidekicks into this update. I'll change the above notes to reflect it and the other small tweaks going in.

Just to update y'all, the latest patch has been ready to go for a little bit. The gentleman who compiles, uploads, and hosts the file for it to be downloaded directly into Hero Lab has had some delays due to real life issues. He's nice enough to do this for the community, so I don't feel it's appropriate to pressure him, or to give out his info for anyone else to do the same.
The update will be out when it's out, whether that's tomorrow, this weekend, or next week. If you're dying for the content, you can always download the main branch manually from the GitHub. But in the mean time, I can say that Bigby's is about 70% done (just the items remaining) and Phandelver is already well underway. So it won't be another year before the 3.9 update.
