I'm pseudo-simultaneously working on these two. Really, I'm doing a lot more with BESM right now because it looks like its organized similarly to Savage Worlds (or would that be the other way around? ) to learn how to work with the files, and when I figure things out, I'm playing with making it active in 7th Sea, which is what I really want to use HL for.
Also giving myself a headache from going through 8 million xml files to find some of the things |

Be sure to post the files on the User repository, when you have them. I would like to see a 7th seas as well.

May not be much of a race. Until finals are done, I don't have that much time to play with it. They don't tell you before you start teaching that grading the finals is more work and stress than actually taking them.
We won't talk about the growing pile of minis to paint either |

Are you looking to make the 7th Seas in the D20 format or the original game system?

The original format. If I needed/wanted to do the d20 version, I'd probably just do what I've been doing for pathfinder - add as needed.
I know my first couple steps for entering stuff, I just need the time to do it. |

You can get to the user repository from the www.cheeseweasel.net site by clicking on the Hero lab link on the left menu near the bottom. from there just select the system you want to see the files for. Let me know if you need help with it. Thanks.

I realize it's been a couple of years since this thread was started, but I still have some interest in the outcome, especially with regards to the BESM dataset. Did these projects ever get anywhere? It would be *really* cool to have access to one or both in HeroLab. Excel sheets look awful, and fillable PDFs are just too difficult to maintain.
