My bf previously used my laptop for Realm Works while he was over at my house. He has the GM option, which he uses to build his games. He recently got his own laptop, so he doesn't need to use mine when he's over anymore. Since we're reaching a point in the game that the other features will be handy, like sharing maps and notes and stuff, he bought me my own copy of Realm Works, but it's the player version. I uninstalled Realm Works from my computer, just to make sure there wasn't a conflict, installed from the new file, and when I open it up it tries to log me into his account. I can delete the password, but not the user name, and it doesn't give me the option to create my own account. I have the license key for it in an email from when it was purchased.

Not really sure there.
But I'd start off with contacting their support. It's always been good in the past. https://www.wolflair.com/contact-us/ |

See this recent post on the same topic for what to do: Only One Realm Works User Per Windows Account.
