Stock Monsters

I can't find Lacedon (Aquatic Ghoul) in the stock monsters. Did I just completely miss it?

Doing a search, I found this thread:

So, did this go on 'bug' list or no?

I also have not seen Ghast as listed either. I do not believe they have included the optional variants for creatures in the Bestiary in most cases.
