New Option: Unit Minimums & Maximums

I remember reading somewhere back when I played 3rd edition that the unit minimums and maximums were based on a 3000 point army.

GW recommended that if playing 1500 points or less, you halve them. If playing 6000 points you double them, 9000 points triple them, etc.

You may want to add this as a roster option.
