Well I just spent the majority of the night trying to find some tools and accessories game aids for my virtual table top group.
And low and behold after numerous of going down the rabbit hole that is the interwebs I found Realm Works. GMing this looks like a godsend I did have a few questions. 1.) I tried looking in the forums and videos etc... But my biggest question that I might have over looked is will this have a virtual tabletop feature where my players can log in, drop a couple tokens in and me the gm drop npc and or creature tokens as well and be able to move around the map/duhngeon? ((Nutshell version is this a all and one tool for virtual tabletop players)) |

Realm Works is NOT intended to be a full-blown virtual tabletop. There are quite a few virtual tabletop products already out there, and we're not trying to reinvent that wheel. Only the GM will have control over the placement of tokens on the display.
Our plan with Realm Works is to coordinate with the developers of existing VTTs to enable RW to work in conjunction with those tools, just like we've done with Hero Lab. We met with a few VTT companies at GenCon and will be talking with others in the months to come. |
