When casting a spell that is sustained, such as Increased Reflexes, do you have to manually create a temporary effects modifier for it? Or is there a way to account for spells that have been cast on your character?

As far as I'm aware, there aren't any pre-made adjustments for spells. So if you want to replicate the Increased Reflexes spell, you'll have to manually add adjustments for extra Initiative Dice and bonus to Initiative.

In our poll of how our users want us to prioritize our time once there's time for major improvements to Shadowrun, spell adjustments are one of the things you can vote for: http://forums.wolflair.com/showthread.php?t=55793
