I'm currently playing in a homebrew campaign, which includes multiple special materials, some of which replace core game materials.

I've messed around in the HL editor a bit, but cannot for the life of me figure out how to get the material to actually have the effects that it's supposed to have. The one that I'm trying to make should add 2 AC to the base item, raise the max dex modifier by 2, and decrease the armor check penalty by 1. How do I make that happen?
