Pathfinder DB races...

One of the players in my campaign want to use the Fashtali race from the online Pathfinder DB. Is this race in one of the datasets I can buy, or am I going to have to use the HL Editor and manually enter the race?

Considering it's not a Paizo made race and is released under a Creative Commons license, you'll have to build it yourself unless someone else has already done so and uploaded for sharing.
