I'm playing in a game where the GM has some home-brewed races, with a few that are given a +4 to an ability score instead of a +2. I remember finding a way to bump up my ability scores before, but now I'm not finding it. How do I go about doing this?

You can accomplish this via the Customize Navigation Tab > Permanent Adjustments > Base Value Modifier. If you want to do this you would assign the normal Ability Boost in the Ancestry Tabs and then add +2 in the Value Modifier configuration in order to net the result of a +4 to an Ability Score in this manner.
You can tweak a bunch of stuff with the various options in the Customize Tabs that are helpful for getting your homebrew creations up to snuff. EDIT: I have updated this after working with DTorkhan as we have found a workaround that doesn't bump into the general PF2 rules that you cannot have more than one Boost in a given Ability Score from the same "Silo" such as Ancestry. Thank you for the reply; unfortunately that option doesn't seem to work for me. Rather, I can set it up, but it doesn't seem to actually change anything.
