Yes, that is an option added in 5.0 I missed his original post or I would've explained earlier.

That must be something that Adobe added in Acrobat 5. I've got the full
Acrobat 4 and no such option exists. I'll happily take you up on your offer
to convert stuff for me in the future. If it turns out I need to convert
stuff regularly, I'll pick up the latest version of Acrobat. But for now, I
have no need for it other than ripping the contents from a PDF file once in
a great while. :-)
