The footnote for Skaven Jezzails shows them as being "move or shoot", I can't seem to confirm this in the rulebook.
The warpstone muskets are move or shoot, and the models appear to be using them, however I don't see in the rules where it calls this out. Plus it only shoes this rule in the footnotes. |
