I have an Enhanced Ability; Strength (Limited to Lifting) as an AE inside an Array and no matter if the power is 'turned on' (ie the checkbox is clicked) or it is off (not clicked) it still says her lifting is at the enhanced ability level.
Using Enhanced Trait it will work as it should, having the lifting level increased only when the checkbox is clicked.

One thing about Enhanced Trait though is when it comes to Skills. It's a hard subject as ye can change many skills with a single Enhanced Trait, but when ye make any power except Enhanced Trait into Dynamic it will scale based on the pp put toward the power (Enhanced Ability will still show it's full power when at 0pp, but scales down to it's correct level once ye put 1 rank into it in this case)

Would it be possible to make an "Enhanced Skill" power much like ye have Enhanced Ability, in the fact it only allows ye to have one skill per 'power' and it scales correctly when it is Dynamic? When someone wants to have multiple skills increased they can just put them all under a "Multiple Effect" power, or use the Enhanced Trait as it is now (the main issue is when using Enhanced Trait while it is Dynamic, when it is a solo power or part of a normal array it works fine)
I suggest the above because it seems like the easiest way to solve the Dynamic Enhanced Traits issue, if it is possible to choose how it scales, instead of the all or nothing it is now, then that would be most preferable. ^_^
