Make a spell 1 level lower for spell slots

I got a metamagic feat that allows a spellcaster to make a spell he knows take one less slot (min spell level of 1). I seen shadows adjustment to make it higher, but is there a way to make it one slot less.

I will take a look at adding a metamagic effect that can "lower" a spell level. Similar to the one that raises it.

Sweet thanks! Most of the time this is fun. Lately I have just been swamped at work. Which is why its two months in-between updates instead of matching LW schedule. Glad no conflicts came about with the last two official versions.
