How do you give a racial ability at a given rank, such as Seasoned?
Race A gets Detect Lie at seasoned rank as an example. |

Oh boy, that basically entails that whole conditional pre-Bootstrapping the ability in place and then hiding it with a tag and then removing the tag to reveal the bootstrap at the right time. I think SeeleyOne has done a lot more work with using Ranks in code, though, so he may have some ideas and I'm still really fuzzy on working with tags and bootstraps in that way, so I'm not sure I can be much help there, I'm sorry to say.
