So far I have only been able to play with the demo version but I have
my local game store trying to obtain a full version for me. He says his distributer carries Army Builder so I have high hopes. I would like to be able to put cards into various groups and be able to filter by them. This could be used to filter by tournament types, etc. For printing output format, I would like to make named pre-sets. That way for example, I could have one format for printing out card data, and one for a short list of just card names and count, etc. ------------------------ Yahoo! All distributors who currently carry Army Builder also carry Card Vault, so
your local retailer should be able to pick up the product with his next order. If you run into any problems, please let us know directly at sales@wolflair.com. Cards within Card Vault are already grouped in whatever ways the game calls for. Are you looking for the ability to define your own groups and assign cards to those groups yourself? If so, please give me a better idea of what types of things you have in mind, since it may be relatively easy for the data file author to add the desired filtering into the data files right away. Otherwise, it will be some time before that functionality can be added to the product. I've added your suggestion for "named output formats" to the wish list of features to be added in future updates. Yeah, I did want the ability to make my own groups. The main thing I
was thinking of actually when I made the suggested is creating a group of favorite cards you like using in next. Looking through muiltiple thousands of different cards when building a deck can be time consuming. --- In cardvault@y..., Rob Bowes <rob@w...> wrote: *snippage* > > Cards within Card Vault are already grouped in whatever ways the game calls > for.
