Implement Expertise should have a selection attached to it for which implement is choosen with the feat and the feat should be allowed to be take multi times with different implements each time.

Weapon Expertise needs to have simular work to it Just Like Implement Expertise

The Weapon Focus feat is a good example of how these two should work/behave save they are for a bonus to hit and weapon focus is a bonus to damage.
