Just recently bought my license key(s) from Lonewolf, and used one on my
main home PC and the other on another machine. Alas my home PC went
unstable/gave me problems within 2 weeks of registering a key, so I had to
reinstall the o/s, obviously this has caused the license key on this machine
to no longer work, and until this has been reassigned/reset I can not use
this key/use my PC at home to maintain my data.

Is there a way to export the license key on the machine and unassign it
before a user reinstalls the o/s, so after its been reinstalled and Card
Vault reinstalled, they can then reenter the key and assign it back??

Since Lonewolf register the keys on their server externally, it would help
us a great deal (as users) if there were problems on our PCs and we needed
to trash the o/s and reinstall, as we could then eliminate the problem of
crashed PCs/unstable operating systems, and still keep within the legal use
of our two keys?

Its annoying at the min, as I have loads of updates to do to my database at
home, and cant access it! :-(

Chris

Talk to the guys at Lone Wolf. They will help you out. In the mean time,
most if not all of the data files can be found at www.datafilesrus.com
