I spent 2h doing data uploads and worked in multiple tabs to see how fast it goes... it is quite agile and I love it. Tab rendering when the content is heavy on snippets is still not in an instant, but feels faster than before, which is good improvement.
I don't work with big images, therefore can't see any improvement for me, but I hope the other guys that go crazy with the size will let us know The past is a rudder to guide us, not an anchor to hold us back. |

Opening and switching tabs I very fast. Has anyone tried working with larger images? I don't have time before work.

Updated to Beta and crashes upon loading my existing realm.
See attached error report. Reverted back to 245 and realm opens normally. Just checked to see if the real was ok or somehow corrupted. Last edited by McGray; November 28th, 2018 at 05:58 AM. Reason: Additional info |

I have a growing Realm and decided to give this Beta a whirl - much smoother and faster!
Nice work! |

Installation was smooth. Currently not noticing much difference, but I've recently been working on a new realm. I'll need to load some of my larger realms to see if I notice a performance difference. Never had major issues with the older versions.
One thing I will need to test is having lots of content open in the player view. That is about the only time I could consistently crash RW in the past. I'm a pre-KS beta tester, came in during the second round of intake IIRC. I don't believe the team have heard much from me recently, but that's because I haven't had much to report—RW is so much more stable these days
Super excited for the 64 bit beta though, definitely gotta get my hands on that. I don't see a link in the blog post though, and the text of the URL is truncated so I can't copy and paste. Tried it out tonight, on both my main computer and on my convertible. I don't have a whole lot to say as I don't have huge realms that stress the application like some of the other folks do. My convertible runs 32-bit Windows and things are looking good there so far. Let's hope things continue that way. :)

You fixed the bug where deletion of custom tag in custom tag domain or in pre-defined tag domain crashes the application!!!
