In the 5th video of the Realm Works Spotlight Series, Liz states that maps will automatically be resized in Player view to fill the map window with the revealed portion (which helps not give away scale information, for example). In my experience, however, this often is not the case. I'll need to test this, but I know for a fact that in my last two games I had to pan and zoom in to show a small bit of revealed content on a large map. I would love for this to be automatic.
Also, when watching the video, Liz clicks on the "size contents to fit window" button. That's helpful, but not "automatic." Is "automatic" just being used loosely, or should maps revealed in the player view automatically size the revealed content to fit the window? I think you're referring to this part of the episode. The "automatically readjust in the player view" I was referring to was updating the image in Player View and resizing the image so that the new revealed portion was shown. While a developer may want to chime in to discuss the original rationale, I actually like that it doesn't resize within the window automatically. Sometimes I prefer to make the window bigger to accommodate the revealed portion rather than resize the contents to the window. However, it may be worth seeing how many other people would like the window to resize automatically by throwing it over in the Feature Request forum.

Okay, thanks for the clarification. I just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing anything.
