I cannot locate the feats Accobatic Steps, Nimble Moves or Nimble Striker
I am sure thatI just don't have the right source checked in the character configure hero can someone tell me what to check.

https://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/gener.../nimble-moves/ says it's core rulebook, so maybe you don't have DEX of 13?

You can always click at the top of the menu and choose "show all", not just "valid" - so you can see what is available, even if you can't choose it.
Nimble Striker is a catfolk racial feat from the Advanced Race Guide, with a bunch of pre-reqs. You'd need that package to see it at all. As Farling says, the other two are Core.

Dani, I figured out the problem. I looked at the Eval Script and there is a Hide statement in the script if the hero's encumberance is more than light.
