L5R - Database Questions

Hi there..

I'm going through all my stuff.. and Apparently, Card Vault's data
file for the Pre-Imperial Promos doesn't exist!

I opened the XML check file, and the closest thing I could find was:

<value id="Pre" name="Preview Cards" order="99" special="01" />

But.. there is no Pre.dat file...

Was this intentional? Did someone just not have the information? If
this is the case, I can easily whip up a quick Pre-Imperial file and
add these to the database.
