I'm getting what seems to be the same error people previously reported for Linux. Running OS X 10.5.8 on a MacBook pro. Diagnostics says there is a certificate error. Help please

If you haven't already, please submit a ticket to support@wolflair.com. We're looking into the issue and will get back to users through the support system. Thanks!

I know this is old already but was it ever resolved and if so, how? I started having these problems a couple of weeks ago after upgrading to Yosemite. I opened a case but haven't gotten a fix yet. Thanks.

I know this won't help but I upgraded to Yosemite and have had no problems with HL with my Mac.

This was resolved. Did you receive a response to your support case? If not, shoot me a PM with your case number and I can follow-up.

The response I received was to check my internet settings and firewall settings, but those are all fine. After I did a bit of troubleshooting and appended the case, I never heard back from support. Anyway, I did send you the PM you requested.
