Where do I go to set it to PFS experience? Not finding the option for it.

Well you set in "Settings" under "Character" on the left hand side bar. but last time i looked it did not work.

Hopefully soon integration with PFS will make the road map

PFS is partly implemented. XP progression switches from 1000 to 12 for PFS. But there isn't any tracking of factions, fame and reputation yet.

The guide was published really late....

And my posts from the blogs did not contain true rules info for them to implement.
