Server status/maintenance - Page 25

On Thursday morning (Dec. 17th) at 10 AM Pacific time (6 PM UTC), we plan to take Hero Lab Online, Realm Works, and our account/sales servers down for maintenance. We expect up to about 30 minutes of downtime, though it may be less.

UPDATE: This downtime was originally scheduled for Tuesday morning (Dec. 15th) and then postponed to Wednesday morning, but has been postponed again to Thursday morning (Dec. 17th).

UPDATE: We are investigating an issue and will be down a little longer than expected. We will update you when we have more information.

UPDATE: Everything is back up. Sorry for the delay.

On Friday morning (Dec. 18th) at 9:30 AM Pacific time (5:30 PM UTC), we plan to take Hero Lab Online down for maintenance. We expect up to about 5 minutes of downtime, though it may be less.

On Wednesday morning (Dec. 30th) at 10 AM Pacific time (6 PM UTC), we plan to take Hero Lab Online, Realm Works, and our account/sales servers down for maintenance. We expect roughly 1 hour of downtime.

UPDATE: We are continuing to work through this complicated deployment which unfortunately is taking longer than expected. Thank you for your patience while we work through completing this maintenance.

UPDATE: Everything is now live again.

Yesterday's release introduced an issue into Hero Lab Online that we are deploying a hotfix for. Users can expect to see downtime of 20 minutes or less while the fix is deployed at 6pm Pacific (2 AM UTC).

On Friday (Jan. 1st) at 3:30 PM Pacific time (11:30 PM UTC) we will be deploying some important server stability improvements and bug fixes to Hero Lab Online. Expected duration of downtime is 15 minutes (possibly less).

On Monday (Jan. 4th) at 3:30 PM Pacific time (8:10 PM UTC) we will be taking down our account/sales server for a few minutes (less than 5). During this time, our online as store as well as new logins to Hero Lab Online and Realm Works will be briefly unavailable, along with license activation for classic products.
